This is a 4-session weekly Zoom package which will continue through the year. Classes are 55 minutes. Students must also have access to Biochem 2.0 or the Classic Course before beginning these Zooms. This classes will cover a complete high school curriculum by the end of the year.

Welcome, chemists! This is the registration for the High School Chemistry Zoom. We will cover a complete high school chemistry curriculum in this class. Homework will be assigned and evaluated each week, and we will also have assessments. All the good stuff you’d expect out of a high school course, but better!

The course will cover all topics necessary for high school chemistry, but I will focus on content that is not already available in the pre-recorded courses:

Gas Laws, Periodic Trends, Charge, VSEPR, Acid/Base Chemistry, Thermodynamics, Kinetics, Solutions, Limiting Reagent, Colligative Properties, etc.

Classes meet once a week for 55 minutes. The classes will also be recorded. I recommend that students also subscribe to my asynchronous courses, beginning with Panorama, since they cover many of the foundational topics very well, and that will allow us to move quickly to some of the more challenging mathematical areas of chemistry.
