Description

Welcome, neuropharmacologists! This is the registration for an advanced biochemistry and neuropharmacology lesson series. These lessons are not available in pre-recorded form yet, but students who have completed or have done significant work in the classic 24 lesson series are welcome to join. This lesson series covers advanced biochemistry topics, focusing on neuron and muscle function and their associated drugs and toxins. We will cover ion channels, molecular pumps, action potential, heart beat, muscle contraction, and many famous plant and animal toxins. This is a very cool course!

Classes meet once a week for 55 minutes. Each week, I will cover similar content in both classes. Once you register, I will contact you for more information, and you can choose one of the class times. If you have a scheduling conflict once is a while, you are welcome to attend an alternate section, but please try to stick to one of the sections. The classes will also be recorded. The same Zoom link is used for all the Zoom classes, and you will be reminded to re-register every 8 sessions.
