Dr. Jean Gaffney, co-developer of the Biochemistry Literacy for Kids curriculum, recently had her biochemistry lab group’s research featured in the New York Times and on PBS NOVA. Her lab studies fluorescent molecules that help marine organisms communicate with one another.
